After a number of years in retail management, Sarah built a successful career in estate agency before deciding in 2009 that the time was right for an alternative, more customer focused approach to estate agency and she created Place.

Sarah has spent her entire life living in and around South Buckinghamshire and has a number of family members living in the region. Sarah herself lives in Chalfont St Peter and knows the local area intimately.

Passionate about the need for trust and honesty, Sarah's personal life and entire business ethos is built on honouring these core values.

Sarah is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents having passed their Technical Award exams and believes passionately in being professional and setting high standards.

One of her funniest moments at Place was answering the telephone and instead of saying: "How may I help you?" Sarah actually said: "How may I hug you?" Of course, Sarah isn't promising to hug all of her customers but she does promise to always go the extra mile to help them achieve their plans.

Away from business Sarah enjoys the outdoor life and is a keen skier and tennis player, playing at both Beaconsfield and Chalfont St Giles tennis clubs where she enjoys both the competitiveness and the social activity.

Jenny has spent 30 years in the Chalfonts and lives in St Peter with her family. Jenny is a trained legal secretary, spending her formative career with a specialist conveyancing firm in the City. When Jenny had her family she made a career move in to estate agency and has been working with Sarah for 10 years.

Her key strengths are her attention to detail and her belief in delivering exceptional client service. Jenny does not just want to meet clients expectation, she always strives to exceed them and delight her clients.

Jenny is active in the local community with the schools and enjoys the out door life and is about to embark on a bit of the  good life and buy some chickens and grow her own crops.

With her background in construction project management, Karen brings to Place her meticulous eye for details and love of the property industry.

Karen has lived in and around the Chalfonts for many years and is a member of Chalfont St Giles Tennis Club. Karen enjoys an active social life as well as an active sporting life being a keen cyclist, walker, runner and skier!

Irené was born in Beaconsfield but lived in Spain until she was 16. After moving back to Buckinghamshire she developed a great interest in both the property industry and information technology.

Having qualified in this sector she spent the next 10 years working in the IT industry. Following a short break to have her family Irené began to pursue her other interest in the property industry and found this to be her passion.

For the last four years she has enjoyed working in estate agency, and having now joined Place she can embrace her skills in both sectors, using today’s technology to assist people to find their dream homes. Irené enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their dog. She believes in strong family value, enjoys a full social life and you will often see her networking in Beaconsfield. Having young children at Primary School she is also involved in the School’s PTA and various community run events.

Irené is very motivated and enjoys helping others succeed and reach their goals. Making people happy and ensuring they meet their expectations are part of everyday life for her.
