	Lucy Fiddler does all the pre-tenancy administration, including obtaining tenant references, dealing with the landlord's questionnaire and drawing up the contracts.
	Nadine is our dedicated property manager and deals with everything from the moment the tenant moves in, making regular inspections and dealing with any works required. If there is a problem then Nadine will sort it out. There is also a 24 hour emergency telephone line where the operator will determine the urgency of a problem and deal with it appropriately.
	Matthew is responsible for collecting rent and dealing with all financial matters arising during the term of the lease.
